Elite Freelancer Organization was founded by a retired legal secretary with the dream of helping ordinary individuals to find, invest in, and succeed at their own home-based businesses.

Jann Carr-Martin
Founder

Jann has worked for some of the oldest and largest law firms in the United States and has tried numerous home-based businesses over decades while maintaining a full time job. Jann recently embarked upon a mission to find out what really makes a home-based business successful and wants to help others take their dreams, set reachable goals, and find the right niche that is a "good fit" for them and their resources, and make it work for them. 

Sheryl Morton
Co-Founder and Executive Director

Sheryl is a single mother of 3 energetic boys and she volunteers her time with Elite Freelancer Organization to assist others and to run the organization.  Sheryl is also trying to find her own niche that will pay the upcoming college tuition for her sons.

Tiffany Gray
Assistant Director

Tiffany is currently a college student diligently working toward her doctorate.  Please contact Tiffany if you have questions.
